1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
A complete unboxing video (from the moment the parcel is opened without any cuts or edits) is mandatory for any return or damage claim.
Certain items are non-returnable, including clip-on nails, hair accessories, and personalised/custom-made items. Others may be added from time to time.
Special rules for promotional offers, hampers, or combo deals may affect this Return Policy.
Damages caused due to negligence, improper usage, or application are not covered under this return policy.
2. Return Process
Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at +91 89204 28567 or hello@aiynajewels.com to initiate a return. Provide your order number, the reason for return, and the complete unboxing video as proof.
Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Code (RC) and detailed return instructions.
Packaging: Pack the items securely in the original packaging. Returned items must be undamaged and in the same condition as delivered, with intact tags.
Shipping: Ship the items to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package arrives safely.
Pick-up: While we aim to offer reverse pick-up for most locations, please note that it may not be available for remote areas. In such cases, you can ship the product back to us after generating a Return ID, and we will initiate the refund upon receiving the product and completing the quality check.
3. Refunds
Inspection: Once we receive your returned items and inspect them, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Processing: If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable (if any). If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.
Deductions: Convenience fees and delivery charges are non-refundable. We will initiate the refund process for COD orders via bank. For prepaid transactions, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days post quality check.
4. Exchanges
Availability: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to ensure the desired item is in stock.
Return & Replace: Follow the return process to send back the original item. Once received, we will send out the replacement item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Immediately Contact: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 24 working hours from the time of delivery.
A complete unboxing video is required for any claim related to damages or missing products.
Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs, if the claim is made within 3 days of delivery and the issue is validated through the unboxing video.
